CRE Holdings has acquired and is developing thirteen acres located in Morgan County and the city of Madison, Georgia. MBC will consist of three multi-tenant, shallow-bay industrial buildings totaling 114,400 square feet.
The Project will focus on businesses from Covington, Social Circle, Madison, and Lake Oconee, providing supporting services for the multiple mega projects announced for the I-20 East corridor. Located less than a half mile from the diamond I-20 interchanges of Highway 441. MBC is strategically located to accommodate the surging demand from industrial tenants, generated by the commercial and residential growth throughout Rockdale, Newton, Morgan, and Greene counties.
MBC features clear-span buildings, extensive landscaping, electronic security monitoring, and electric vehicle (EV) charging for employee cars. Truck courts of MBC have also been prepared to handle level three DC charging for companies with EV trucking facilities. Madison Business Center is also located in a free trade zone.
