Mr. Levison’s commercial real estate career involves first-hand experience collaborating with property owners, occupiers and investors spanning over four decades.

As a property owner and commercial broker, he has been involved in over $150M of commercial real estate transactions through purchasing for his own account and representing third-party clients. Acting as a property owner has provided us with valuable insight into assisting our third-party brokerage clients with their commercial real estate requirements.

During his career Mr. Levison has also been instrumental in creating multiple commercial real estate technology and innovation startups, Real Property Data, CommissionTrac and Sharedspace, the core concepts of which are all still being utilized in the industry today. Being involved as a founder of several innovative technology platforms throughout my career has created a passion for always being at the forefront of the newest innovations and technologies available in analyzing, underwriting, and operating commercial real estate.    

Over decades of involvement in commercial real estate, our skill set has grown to include the ability to listen and quickly identify problems which are preventing the completion of an assignment or project, and then focusing on and following through a course of action to successfully complete an assignment or project.

Developing patience in dealing with an array of governmental entities and professional service providers to complete a typical assignment or project is another skill we have been fortunate to develop over my career.

Creating a team of strategic partners who can assist our clients in every facet of a business owner’s course of action is also a strength that we have developed during our career. CRE Partners have the expertise to assist our clients in creating a plan to position your company for growth, provide access and advice for bringing in investment capital, as well as, providing expertise in developing a business exit plan along with the wealth enhancement strategies to maximize your benefits in the sale of your business and/or real estate assets.

To serve our community and the communities we do business in, CRE Holdings has created a 501 (c) (3) charity, ReStart3:20, focused on providing homes for homeless veterans and supporting and teaching financial literacy classes to returning citizens being released from the Georgia Department of Corrections.

Mr. Levison resides in Sandy Springs with his wife, Karen, and their yellow lab, Rosie. They have four children and five grandchildren.
