Community Impact
CRE Holdings USA's formal commitment to the homeless population, veterans and increasing financial literacy of those in need is expressed through ReStart3:20, the firm's long-running 501C3 community investment initiative.
Why Community Matters at CRE Holdings
Because CEO and founder, Daniel Levison, believes: To whom much is given much is expected.
He was taught from a very early age giving back is just want you do, and a business has a responsibility to invest in both its people and its community
Founded by Daniel Levison, ReStart3:20 is the community impact arm of the CRE Holdings USA platform. The initiative currently supports two social challenges through direct engagement:
Veterans Housing
ReStart3:20 supports the development and operation of stable, dignified housing for veterans transitioning out of military service or experiencing housing instability. The initiative draws on the firm's development capability to identify, fund, and operationalize housing solutions for this population.
Financial Literacy & Entrepreneurship
ReStart3:20 also funds and operates financial literacy and entrepreneurship programming within the Georgia corrections system, the Community Action Center in Sandy Springs, and the Special Olympics of Georgia organization. The program is designed to prepare returning citizens and adults with special needs with practical knowledge of budgeting, credit, banking, personal financial management, and entrepreneurial insights.
